By placing a bid you agree to these terms. Koah Labs, Inc. runs this site.
What you get.
A slot on a screen in our office for up to 24 hours from payment, unless a higher bid replaces you first. After 24 hours your logo may stay up at our discretion until someone takes the slot. Nothing else is promised: not viewers, not uptime, not placement, not that the TV is on.
No refunds.
All payments are final. Being outbid is not a refund. Being taken down is not a refund. The one exception: if someone pays more for your slot while you are still in checkout, your logo never goes up and we refund you automatically.
We decide what shows.
We may reject, remove, resize, or replace any logo at any time for any reason, without notice or refund. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
Your content.
You keep your logo. You give us the right to show it on our screen, on this site, on the live stream, and in anything we make about this project, for as long as we like. You are responsible for it.
No warranty. Limited liability.
This site and the screen are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is the amount you paid for the bid in question.
Changes.
We may change these terms, the prices, the rules, or shut the whole thing down at any time. New York law applies.
